The law firm of Goldberger and Kremer is comprised of two partners, an associate attorney, and several support staff. Partners Bryan J. Goldberger & Brian S. Kremer have represented public and private sector employers in union organizing matters, day to day employee relations issues, wage and hour matters, collective bargaining, matters arising under General Municipal Law Section 207-a and 207-c, mediation and arbitration proceedings, and defense of employers before State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies.

In addition, Mr. Goldberger teaches municipal employee relations and collective bargaining as part of the New York Conference of Mayors’ Fall Training Program and has also presented at NYCOM’s Public Works School and annual Legislative Conference on such topics as employee disciplinary proceedings, civil service law, wage and hour matters and labor contract administration. He has also spoken before the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New York State Bar Association regarding trends and strategies in public sector collective bargaining and issues arising in the workplace due to the use of social media.
